What are the articles about?
Your treatments, your team and what patients can expect, written from your public information and the details you share with us. Each article cites its sources, is reviewed before publishing and is labeled as advertising.
How do patient requests work?
Patients request a consultation from your profile. While your subscription is active, we send each request to you, with their name, contact details, treatment of interest and timing, so you can reply directly. Inquiries are not booked appointments; bookings and results are not guaranteed.
What is the visibility report?
When you join, we check how AI assistants and search results describe practices like yours in your area, and whether you are mentioned. Each week we send you how that is changing. The report is an estimate. No rankings, traffic or leads are guaranteed.
How does Patient Leads work?
Patient Leads is optional and separate from the $99/mo claim. We run Google ads for InjectorList in your area for the treatments you offer. Patients compare practices on our pages and send an inquiry; each inquiry goes only to the practice they chose, with their name, contact details and the treatment they asked about. You pay $79 per real inquiry, up to a monthly cap you set, and dispute anything invalid within 7 days for a credit. We never run ads in your practice’s name. Patient Leads opens city by city; join the waitlist and we will email you when it reaches your area.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Partner stays active through the end of the paid period. After that, new consultation requests stop and new articles stop. Articles already published stay on your profile, labeled as advertising, until you ask us to correct or remove one. Managing the listing requires an active subscription.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Claim each location from the same account. Each location is its own $99/mo subscription.
