Practice information

Listings use public business information and updates supplied by authorized managers. Account email addresses, ownership evidence and billing identifiers are kept separate from public listing information.

Inquiries

When you request a consultation, InjectorList receives your name, email, phone number if you give one, treatment interest and timing. We use them to pass your request to the practice you choose and to contact you about it, and we share them only with that practice.Use this form to arrange contact. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information.Inquiry contact details are retained for up to 90 days, after which the retention job removes them.

Career preferences and hiring

Unclaimed directory profiles are not job seekers. Recruiter visibility and job emails are off until a professional opts in. Hiring customers can request introductions to opted-in professionals. We share the professional’s account email only after an application or accepted introduction. You can withdraw access in your dashboard; information a recipient already copied cannot be recalled. Turning recruiter visibility off also ends introduction access. Applications are withdrawn separately. Career preferences are not displayed on public profiles.

Accounts and payments

Supabase supports accounts and data storage. Stripe processes payments. We do not store payment card numbers. Essential cookies keep you signed in.

Location preferences

Our hosting provider, Vercel, estimates your city and state from your IP address so we can suggest a location on the homepage. This estimate may be inaccurate and does not filter results unless you choose it. When you submit a search or confirm a location, a first-party cookie remembers your chosen city or state on this browser for 90 days. Choosing All locations replaces that preference and dismisses IP suggestions. You can change your choice at any time or remove it by clearing this site's cookies. We do not save an unconfirmed IP estimate, store the location in your account, or request your device's precise location.

Media and activity

Embedded media, when available, loads when you select its preview controls and may process information under their own policies. We record aggregate profile views, link clicks and inquiry counts. Some profiles show Instagram posts that the practice links on its own website; those load from Instagram only when you scroll to them, under Instagram’s own policies. Abuse controls temporarily store keyed hashes rather than raw network addresses.

Google reviews

On profiles that show Google reviews, our server asks Google Maps for the practice’s current rating and reviews when that section loads, and reviewer photos load from Google. We don’t store this content or send Google anything about your account. Google handles these requests under theGoogle Privacy Policy.

Optional visit analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and actions such as booking-link clicks and completed inquiries. We export this measurement data to our private Google BigQuery project for reporting. We do not send inquiry contents, account details, search text, or form entries to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Analytics stays off until you allow it, and we respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Use Analytics preferences to change your choice at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Essential site functions work either way.

Corrections and requests

Use our request form for profile corrections, removal, media concerns or privacy requests. We review requests before changing records.
