Meet Elvira
Elvira Quijas is a nurse practitioner and medical director at Empower Aesthetics and Wellness in Chandler. She earned a nursing degree from the University of Nebraska in 2000 and later a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and she is certified in injecting neurotoxins and fillers.
