Illari Aesthetics is a physician-led practice in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood focused on aesthetic, regenerative and wellness care. Led by Dr. Milton Chavez, Founder & Medical Director and a board-certified family physician, the practice develops individualized plans based on each patient’s skin, history and goals. Its services include wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers and microneedling, along with regenerative treatments, physician-supervised weight management and IV wellness therapy. Dr. Chavez has practiced clinical medicine since the early 1990s and opened his private practice in 2010.
