My Secret Spa is a family-owned medical aesthetics practice in Carnegie that has operated since 2019. The practice provides laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, cosmetic injections, and other skin and body treatments, with services tailored to individual concerns. Owner Heather Heuber is a registered nurse and professional electrologist who trained in permanent hair removal and is certified by the National Laser Institute in medical aesthetics for laser hair removal.
