Physical and Aesthetic Medicine is a medical spa in Lima offering non-surgical cosmetic care and treatment for musculoskeletal concerns. Dr. Kurt Kuhlman opened the practice in 2013 after expanding his botulinum toxin work and completing aesthetic and anti-aging certification courses. Services include wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser skin treatments, microneedling, laser hair removal and body contouring. The practice reviews each patient’s concerns and goals to develop an individualized program.
